What does Google Partner mean?
Google Partners must meet requirements in three categories, namely:
- Performance
Google Partners must achieve a minimum optimization score of 70 percent.
- Spend
As of 2023, Google Partners must spend €20,000 on Google Ads for all accounts combined within 90 days.
- Certifications
Half of a Google Partner's account strategists must be certified in Google Ads.
As a Premier Partner, you must meet the above Google Partner requirements and be among the top 3% of participating companies in the partner program in a country. Google looks at customer growth and retention, product diversification and ad spend on an annual basis when determining the 3%.
